Collective Action - EPA

 

Helios is part of an industry initiative exploring important new uses for old carpet-such as using it as an alternative energy source, as well as replacement for coal in cement kilns. In these efforts, we are working closely with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Matthew Realff, Ph.D., an Associate Professor in the School of Chemical and Bio-Molecular Engineering at Georgia Tech.
